They designed a menu whose dishes are paired with specific beer flavours to enhance the tase and improve your sensory experience.
Born in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, Sir Laurier was the first Francophone to become Prime Minister of Canada from 1896 to 1911. They reckoned that a beer should be brewed in honour of such an important and distinguished man. The Sir Wilfrid is brewed from oats, giving it a tangible smoothness. It tastes bittersweet with a hint of flowers and tropical fruit. They added melon to complement the hops and other flavours.
It is ideal with the following dishes : Olive and spicy sausage Flammekueche, Cassoulet, Classic Nachos.
